CISCA Peer Groups
Leadership was never meant to be a solo endeavor.
CISCA Peer Groups bring together accomplished, non-competing leaders who are committed to learning from one another and becoming better leaders.
CISCA Peer Groups bring together accomplished, non-competing leaders who are committed to learning from one another and becoming better leaders.
Why it works:
- You gain perspective you cannot get internally.
Non-competing leaders help you see opportunities and blind spots you might otherwise miss. - You receive honest feedback from people who understand your business.
Conversations are candid, confidential, and focused on helping one another succeed. - You benchmark your company against other successful contractors.
Confidential financial and operational benchmarking helps you understand where your company excels - and where there is room to improve. - You leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately.
Members regularly share proven approaches to operations, leadership, sales, and profitability. - Over time, trusted peers become trusted advisors.
The relationships you build become one of the most valuable assets you have as a leader.
